The right turning signal is blinking very, very quickly. Left turning signal still blinks ok. Would this be a possible fuse going out or should I start looking at the connections from the engine compartment to under the dash. Looking for poss fraying or other places where the wire could be exposed. Or is there something else that I'm missing ?

Usually the rapid blinking is an indication that a bulb is out. Check the front and rear.
