1992 Honda Accord OVERHEATING

Engine seems to be running hot, but temp gauge reads normal. Radiater is very clean and therastat has been checked. So two problems why is gauge reading normal. Why engine would be running hot

If the radiator is not clogged and water pump doing its job-could be the cooling fan not coming on -on time-check and test the engine temperature gauge/sender-also try bleeding it-
