Engine Mechanical problem
1992 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i was driven my car and it start to to make a noise in the engine so it sounded like the piston and just want to kno can the piston in it be fix without gettin another motor put in it

Yes it could be fixed but it might be a very expensive adventure. The entire engine would need to be removed and rebuilt. In general, an overhaul would need to be done. But I caution you on jumping in to the frame of mind that the piston is bad. Get a professional that you trust to look at the engine to determine the exact source of the problem.
