ok first of all, you should try changing the cadilatic converter. that should bring it down alot.
and i never heard of sea foam in a gas tank.
i think those people were screwing with you.
change the pcv valve, and look into the o2 sensors.
and if i were you i wouldnt go to that mechanic ever again. hit me up if you have any questions
