1992 Honda Accord Headlights flashing

My headlights have been flashing in and out while Im driving and sometimes not at all. But now they won't come on at all high and low beams. Can you help me with this problem?

It may be a weak/corroded connection or a bad ground. Test the circuit. Test power and ground with the switch on.
