1992 Honda Accord front suspention squeek

My car started making this squeeking noise when I turn the stering wheel, and pushing up and down on the passanger front frender. Is it the strut?

Yes I would begin with checking the struts and strut mounts. trying feeling around while someone pshes down on fender. Me careful not to pinch your finger though.
