i have an issue, my clutch pedal recently went to the floor and stuck, I have replaced both master/slave cylinders and lines, bled the system till the new fluid was all the way thru but yet its still not building up pressure and the pedal is still sticking on the floor. Any suggestions or have I missed something? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi John,

The pedal is designed with pressure assist from the springs after it has moved past a certain angle and if the pedal height is not adjusted correctly, it would tend to pull the pedal downwards.

While bleeding you need to manually lift the pedal up.

Ensure you have suffiient pedal to push rod clearance as well.
