1991 Honda Accord white smoke

I changed my spark plugs today and I started my car and it smoked like crazyout of my exhust what could be the problem and how can I fix it?

White smoke from the exhaust means it's burning anti freeze, possibly a blown head gasket of warped head. Do a compression test. Or a block test, block test kits are sold at parts stores and tests your antifreeze for the presents of hydrocarbons fro the combustion chambers.
