1991 Honda Accord Turn signal

I have a 91 accord and my turn signals don't work i've replaced the flasher relay and the bulbs but nothing seems to work. do you have any suggestions as to what might be wrong? Am i checking the wrong thing?

Check the fuses. If OK then suspect faulty signal switch
