SPARK PLUG WIRE KEEPS POOPING OFF IT DOES NOT SEEM TO SNAP IN, AND ITS ONLY ON ONE THAT DOES IT.

sounds like the little electrode inside the boot needs to be gently and slightly inward until it stays on, make sure vehicle is off and or unplug negative battery cable.
