1991 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the connector for the automatic seat belt won't lock in the connection. it won't lock to the part that moves what do i need to buy to replace it or fix it?

Honda seat belts are lifetime warranty, ask the dealer if your seat belt is under warranty..
