1991 Honda Accord EX

My son just bought a 1991 Honda Accord EX for 700. It has 171,000 miles. It looks great and runs well. I just checked a sparkplug and it is soaked in oil. Any suggestions?

Sometimes the seals, one for each cylinder, under the valve cover leak and the oil collects around the plugs. The tips were probably not oily like they had been burning oil. You can drive it that way but I would pull the valve cover off and replace the valve cover gasket and the seals on top of the spark plug holes.
