1991 Honda Accord electrical short

the taillights of my accord stopped working along with my dash lights, i checked the fuses, the fuse was burnt out but when i stuck a new one in and turned the lights on the fuse blew, cant figure out what could be wrong or where a short could be coming from.

you need to get a wirng diagram and connector locations to figure out where the short is.
