1991 Honda Accord Car shakes badly when taking off from a s

I have a 1991 honda accord LX with 184k miles. Sometimes when Im taking off from a stop or a very slow pace, the car shakes and moves forward very slowly for a few seconds, then the car stops shaking and moves forward like a normal car should. im not quite sure what the problem is.

Check your motor mounts. This was the problem with my 94 Honda Accord Lx. One of the motor mounts was shot/cracked. Had to be replaced.
