1991 Honda Accord blower motor

My heat or air blower doesn't work all the time. Only works if I drove over any speed bump or if break had to shake the whole car. Wonder why its happening. Any one please help me out. Thank you all.

I would check to make sure the blower motor is still functional. It could be that theres a short in there or the motor is wearing out and needs that bump to get it turning.
