1990 Honda Accord my car

My transmission fluid was changed in my car and it was running fine but when I stopped at a red light and tried to drive my car wouldnt move it just idled up so I pulled to the side of the road and turned the car off when I started it back up the car drove just fine..What could the problem be?

Possible causes are
1. Fluid level low.
2. Fluid strainer clogged.
3. Internal fault of transmission.

Check the fluid level first.
