1990 Honda Accord help

I was driving on the highway going about 65 70 and I just saw the rpm go down I pulled over try to turn it on and it just crank slow

Hi there,

I would be looking at a very flat battery, you may have a faulty alternator and no battery charging, when the battery voltage drops below what is required to run the ignition system and fuel system, the car will shut down, the slow cranking tends to back this up as a battery / charging problem, start here.

A timing belt failure will stop the engine and do serious damage to the cylinder head, this won't cause the slow cranking you mentioned, but it is worth checking as well just to be sure.
