WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT MY HAZY WINDSHIELD ? IT SEEMS LIKE IT'S HAZED ON THE EXTERIOR AREA.

You can try any exterior window treatments but if the safety glass is interally deteriorating the only solution is replacement. Remember that the windshield is not solid glass. Also, put in to perspective what it might cost to clean and treat the window and compare that to the cost of a replacement.
