I changed the fuel filter it has a brake line type inlet and a bandgo fitting on the outlet I tried bleeding the bleeder on the fuel rail and I replaced all brass seal rings but it cuts out and stalled everytime I go on an incline. But it will rev high without a load. What else should I try?

The vehicle revvs higher than normal at idle? Sounds like you got a vacuum leak. Check all your hoses and gaskets around the intake manifold.
