1990 Honda Accord ECU

I have 1990 Accord with 161000 miles on it. The 10 amp ECU fuses has blown twice. Is the ECU bad? also the condensor fan turns on and stays on when the battery is connected Is this normal?

Hi sjgmcc,

The fans should not stay on when the engine is cold. Check for a bad fan relay or shorted fan switch/wire.

Which 10 A ECU fuse are you refering to? Fusae # ?
Should not be the ECU that is faulty. There are other components using the same fuse and you need to isolate them to get the source.
