1990 Honda Accord Drops out of gear while driving

My 1990 accord will start to drive then it drops out of gear into a neutral state what could be wrong.

Possible causes :

1. Insufficient trans fluid.
2. Clogged fluid filter.
3. Faulty torque converter.
4. Faulty trans, internal leaks.
5. Faulty Transmission Control Module
