1990 Honda Accord Door Lock

Driver's side door is locked shut and neither the key nor lifting the lock knob will unlock it although both will turn/lift. I would just take off the interior door panel and access the lock cylinder from there, but with the door locked shut I don't think it will come off.

Any ldeas?
