While working on my other vehicle I walked past my 1990 Honda Accord EX and heard the cooling fan running. There was no key in the ignition and it had not been started in about 36 hours so the engine was cold. When I pull the fuse it quits running, but that is the only time it does. Pulled the plug from the Temperature sensor and it still ran.
Can you help me?

Hi Pete S,

Check the fan relays, most probably it is sticking and when it starts working, it would not stop.
