Hello, The headlights on my 1989 honda accord Lxi will not retract, or should I say roll forward to hide, went to work one day turned the lights off and they stayed open. The lights work though and I have checked the fuse box under the hood right side and they are all good. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Your options are limited. It could be fuse #14 or the motors themselves or the relays.

I had the same problem and this is how I fixed it. There is retractor relay located on the right side of car next to headlight pull the relay and check or clean prongs. this relay will work for both head lights.
