i have a 1989 honda accord 2.0l fi and the first problem i have is when i step on the brake and the car gets to about 15mpr and 900rpms. the rpms jump up about 100rpms and backs down feeling like a pull on the car, and when the motor is cold it idles about 2000rpms until warmed up. when i drive the car to operating temp, and stop the car, try to start it about 15 to 20 min later. it wont idle. unless i hold down the accelerator to about 1500 rpms for about 15 sec. then it will idle fine.when i bought the car the timing belt was replaced, and the rear brakes were done, and other belts.please hel
