1989 Honda Accord REMOVAL OF ALTERANTER

I have a problem i went to pull the bolt out of the alternater for the tensioner and the head of the bolt is stripped and i can't think of anyway to get this bolt out any feed back is good

is it the bolt that goes into the altinator where is slides for the tensioner? there are a couple of things that they have to remove bolts. Some you have to drill into the bolt and use a easy out tool. there are ones that will grab onto the head of the bolt so it can be removed.
