1989 Honda Accord Lxi, Fuel Injected, Manual Shift. Intimately the fuel pump will not turn on when the ignition switch is engaged. After several attempts (over several minutes), the fuel pump will tun on and the car will start. The fuel pump has never turned off while the car is running. Thanks for the help.

Hi gibsonmark59,

Check the EFI main relay located under left side of dash, above the fuse/relay block. Remove it to resolder the circuit board and retry.
