engine won't idle right. When starting the vehicle the rpms go over 1000+ rpms. won't lower as engine warms up. Sometimes the rpms are really excessive over 2500 rpms. Rarely the engine will go below the 1000 rpm level. Engine sometimes diesels after turning ignition off. Cooling fan works, engine temp is normal.
