1989 Honda Accord Engine idles rough

This Honda idles rough while at a stop, when rpm increases or car is neutral there is no problem. Almost acts like it wants to stall it idles so rough at a stop. Any ideas?

Check for vacuum leaks, if it ONLY idles rough at idle. Or you may want to check your idle passages (iacv and fitv) as well.
