I just bought the car. When I hit the brake peddle, it will studier and then stop.

No lights Indicating on the dashboard as to what is wrong.

Do you mean the brake shudders when braking?
Does it happen at high speeds?
Does it happen when brakes are applied hard or normal?
Is vehicle equipped with ABS?
