1988 Honda Accord need help

for some reason my car once cranks up it doesnt idle at normal but once it warms up it will rev up to 3000 rpms and it will not idle back down not even it press the gas pedal down it sticks i have check all the vacumm lines and i really need help WHAT CAN I DOTO FIX THIS PROBLEM
