1987 Honda Accord Spark plugs

There should be no relation between timing belt replacement and sparking unless you forgot to put in the timing belt or did not put back the pulley keys on the crank or cam shaft and the bolts have not been tightened. Chek if the distributoe is turning with cranking.

Check for power supply to the ignition coils.
Check if all wires are connected.

If you did remove the thermostat, check the ground wires under the outer housing.
