My Accord overheated when my alternator failed. I had my Accord's radiator, battery, and alternator replaced.

Now I've to constantly jump the car. I've had the battery replaced with a second battery, the starter and the battery contacts are replaced. The garage couldn't find a ciruit (current) drain.

Are the battery cables bad? Also the battery light is on.

Hi HondaAccordDriver,

The charge indicator light showing means the charging system is at fault. Get the alternator tested and charging rate checked.

The replaced alternator could be bad.

Thanks
I've already had the battery and the alternator checked. They're fine.
The battery light came on during the repairs. The tech said it's short circuit in the bulb.

The battery still discharges and needs a jump.
Shall I have the battery cables replaced?
