1987 Honda Accord broken window crank

Good Day,

My 87 Accord front driver door seems to have a broken mechanism so that the window doesn't roll up/down. This window is manual, not electric. The window crank just spins now. Earlier is was a bit sticky when trying to roll the window up. How do I fix this myself ?

maybe you just stripped the teeth on the crank handle.
