This is a question concerning my Honda Accord ~ The car has sat for a long time, the battery was dead and replaced the battery. I have lights, radio, wipers - basically everything I should have, then when I turn the ignition swith *NOTHING*. The battery and oil lights both light as they should, however it does nothing, I was told it was the starter so I pulled the starter and had it tested, it passed each test it was given with flying colors, I put it back in the car and made sure to clean each connection......still nothing when you turn the key.......what is the next thing I might check?

i assume you mean everythign comes on, just when switch is in the start position nothing happens?

if thats the case i would be checking the starter solenoid, if thats not it then it is probably a bad ignition switch.
