engine rpms go straight too 0 and stalls, as soon as i take my foot off of gas loss of power when going up hills, likr fuel restriction , replaced fuel pump and fuel fillter help

Do a backpressure test on the exhaust system to rule out a clogged up catalytic converter-also check the fuel pressure and get back asap.
