My battery was replaced last year. Car has been sitting and now the battery is not holding a charge. It's okay if I run it daily, but if i miss a day, it drains. Would it be the battery or alternator?

Good evening,

I attached a guide for you to follow for checking for a draw.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-dead-overnight

You need a voltmeter for this test. Remove the negative cable and put the red lead on the battery post and the black lead on the cable. Set the meter to DC amps and measure the current flow. It should be no more than 50-75 milli amps.

If it is more, remove the fuses one by one until the draw drops. then you know the circuit that is causing the draw.
