1998 Holden Jackaroo Unplug injector wires

Hi Guys, my question is in regards to a 1998 Holden Jackaroo (Isuzu Trooper) V6 3.5L Petrol. How do I un plug the wires from the injectors? Is there some sort of trick to it? or do I need a special tool of some sort?

If you see a paper clip looking thingy remove it and pull straight out going back in put the clip on and hook it up-
