Could anyone help me to find out if there is any problem in my car.

When the gear is in neutral (gear not engaged at all), I depress the pedal to accelerate (to rave). When it crosses around 3000 rpm the car vibrates (rocks a bit). It happens all the time when I rave it without engaging the gear, not applying the brake as well. The car is still under warranty. I'd sent it to Holden repair centre to fix it twice. The report only indicates, engine vibe -> checked. However the problem remains the same.

I have tested on other car of the exact model as mine and other make cars such as Honda and Toyota. They do not have this vibrating problem.

I am thiniking of lodging a complaint to Holden. Could someone verify that my car has engine problem.

Thank you.

HI there,

There should be no engine vibration, you may have a mounting problem, a slight miss fire at that speed, its a bit hard to tell with out inspection, if you are not getting any answers from your local dealer, maybe try another dealer or do as you suggest and go to the top, that usually gets them jumping.
