2006 Holden Commodore idle

I had new spark plugs and ignition coils put in my ve when i got it back the rpms meter was going up and down on idle the exhaust was making a popping sound and the engine was shaking side to side the idle is really rough every time i stop the car shakes all my passengers can feel it as well i be taking it back on monday just wondering wahat that would be. thank you

They may have wired up one of the coils incorrect causing a misfire, also the plenum chamber is removed to replace the coils and plugs so you may also have a vacuum leak if they have not fitted the chamber gasket or vacuum hoses back correctly.
