1998 Holden Commodore Oil Leak

Hi

I by mistake had put too much oil in my car, while topping it up. I continued to drive, untill i got an oil warning light on dash board.This would be 150 Km's.

I called RACV, and got the excess oil drained.

Now, I notice some oil is leaking from the engine, can it be due the same thing.

Would it be cheap to fix ! ? the car otherwise runs perfect.

Hi there,

You need to get the engine washed down and have this leak identified, it my be a very simple fix, have the leak checked and report what is found here for more advice if required.
