drivers side window will not go up and front passenger window will not go up or down

HI there,

Often this is a faulty switch pack on the console, You will have to check that the motors & regulators are ok first, remove the trims and unplug the motors, there are 2 wires in the plug, earth & power, one way will go up & the other way around will go down, if the motors are ok, replace the switch pack.
