1996 Holden Commodore front seat removal

HI,,Im removing the front seat out of my VS commodore.i have the outter bolts out but cant find how to romve the seats from the rail on the inner??you help would be much apreciated.

The rear rail mount is bolted to the floor as well, there may be plastic trim around the back of the rail.
