car has a hard time accelerating up hills ?

The car has a hard time accelerating up hills and the RPMs are almost going to the red. i hooked up a diagnostic and it kept reading linking error, then misfire on #4.

The first thing I would do is check the transmission fluid.

Also, you should do a normal tune up by replacing the spark plugs and fuel filter. I would also clean the throttle body as well.
