High pressure power steering hose leaks badly on top side, need to replace it. Where is it located? Underneath?

The hose is screwed into the rack and pinion steering gear. If you see a rubber o-ring on that end of the new hose, that end is allowed to swivel, so do not over-tighten it in an attempt to stop that. Always thread the soft metal line nuts in at least two or three turns by hand to insure they are not cross-threaded. If you need a wrench right away, it is cross-threaded and will damage the steering gear.
