When I drive between twenty seven and thirty five mph I hear a high pitched hum. It sounds like when you blow on the top of a bottle. It gets a little louder when I hit the brakes. It seems like I can feel it just a little in the steering wheel. It is loudest right around thirty to thirty one mph.

good morning.

Does it change pitch when you turn left or right?

It sounds like a bad wheel bearing.

Can you shoot video or audio and load it to this site? Sometimes being able to hear the sound can make a big difference. I am inclined to think it is a wheel bearing as well but it would be best to hear it first.
