High low beam turn signal mechanism

Can not get high low beam selection arm to do the exchange. Signals work. Feels as if signal has lost housing piece which regulates arm to select high beam.

that means you will probably have to replace the multi function switch. unless you can get steering wheel off and see if you can find the problem, but it may be just worn out.
