I am currently getting a P0507 code after cleaning the MAF sensor and cleaning my throttle body. I used MAF cleaner on the sensor and throttle body cleaner on the throttle body. I used a clean rag to clean the throttle body. Put every back together and got the p0507 code. Tried to do a manual reset by pulling the negative battery cable code come back the next time I started the car. When the car is in park check engine light on, idle.is about 1,200+ and when I'm driving the idle is sometimes 1,000 to 1,200 rpm's and sometimes it sits at 900 to 1,000 in drive. Different idle almost every time I start the car. There's is slight hesitation and when I apply the brake pedal idle kinda jump around and settles, when I let off the brake the car takes off like it's ready to go.

I attached the testing for this code. You may have caused the issue by cleaning the sensor. Some will react just fine to cleaning but some do not like it.

However, this code is indicating that you have an air leak. Let's run through the testing first and then go from there since it is telling us this is the issue. Thanks
