High idle

Hi, need a help urgently as these problem is wearing on me day by day. My car's rpms jumps up to 1.5 rpms suddenly and when I change my gear to drive mode it comes back to normal, but when I keep the gear in neutral or parking mode again it jumps up to 1.5 rpms. I have already replaced the IAC throttle body was cleaned but the problem is still the same. Please give me a solution and with A/C or without A/C it is the same.

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak or a mass air flow sensor problem. Follow these guides and get back to me with the result.
