How to shut the cooling fan off on starting the A/C?

Hello, can you help me shutting the cooling fan off on starting the A/C.
I want to do this just to see if the vibrations which occur just on A/C start, related to the fan or not, of course I will do it for a short time.
I have already removed the low and high-speed relays, and also the fan fuse F03.
but still not able to stop the fan on A/C start.

Hello,

According to the diagram, below, there is no other control for the cooling fan
Suggest disconnecting the 4-pin connector at the fan motor. see 2nd image.
